Board
Libéma is a family business, founded in 1982 by Dirk Lips, which is transparent in every respect and where ethics are the guiding principle. Because of the family structure, lines of communication are short, (office) doors are always open and decisions are made quickly. The corporate culture is open and honest, we are averse to big egos and there is respect and appreciation for everyone's contribution, person and quality. The management team of Libéma Exploitatie BV is diverse and consists of six women and two men.
