ZooParc and Dierenrijk named most fun outings in North Brabant

ZooParc Overloon and Dierenrijk have been named "Best Outing of North Brabant. During the digital meeting of the election organized by the ANWB, it was announced that the zoo in Overloon received the most votes.

Dierenrijk in Mierlo received the bronze medal. The outings were judged by voters on the points of price/quality, atmosphere, facilities, staff and offerings.

Rating
Roel Huibers, general manager of ZooParc, is extremely pleased with the selection. "ZooParc is a beautiful park. We have had a tough year due to the closures. That is why we are extra happy that visitors appreciate us so much."

Huub Wijnen, general manager of Dierenrijk, is proud of the bronze medal: "It is fantastic to receive this recognition. Hopefully we can open our doors again soon to welcome visitors."

Eleventh time
It is the eleventh time that the ANWB presents the most fun outing awards. This year people cast their votes in the categories 'province' and 'national' (for attractions with more than 450,000 visitors per year). This resulted in a top-3 in all categories.
